Our water tank with steel tower is a complete elevated water storage system that combines a hot dipped galvanized steel water tank with a supporting steel tower structure. Main Features of the Steel Tower Water Tank
Integrated design – Tank and steel tower are engineered as one system; inlet pipe, outlet pipe and overflow mouth positions are designed according to the project layout.
Engineered installation rules – All-around clearance around the tank should not be less than 700mm, and the bottom and cover clearance no less than 600mm; when installed, the tank bottom and the joints between bottom standard plates must be located on the support.
Standard Q235 construction – Plates are made of Q235 steel, pressed smooth with concave panel shape for reduced water pressure; thickness 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm or 1.5mm per tank size.
Modular panels, flexible sizing – Panel sizes of 1000mm×1000mm, 1000mm×500mm and 500mm×500mm make transport and on-site assembly easy; tank size is designed to the installation location with a maximum height of 5 meters.

Q1: What is the maximum height of the water tank? A: The tank height is designed according to the installation space, with a maximum of 5 meters; the steel tower is then sized to support the required elevation.

Installation:
The installment of the hot dip galvanized water tank.
1) Make the bases of the water tank: concrete base or steel support tower.
Make sure the bases at the same horizontal level, and the connection of the bottom plate loaded on the support bases.
2) According to the direction of the water tank, welding connection, or connect by the bolts and nuts.
3) After assembled, put in water to test the leakage. After fill full water 12hours, if not leakage, the water tank can be used normally.
